   Only items purchased directly from the Five.Eight. website are eligible for return. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
    

2. Returns Process

3. Costs for Returns
   You will bear the shipping costs for the return.
    

4. Refunds
   Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
    

5. Exchange
   If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the return process as described above. Shipping costs for exchanges follow the same conditions as a new order. Refer to our delivery terms for more information.
    

6. Damaged or Defective Items
   If you've received a damaged or defective item, please contact Five.Eight. within 14 days to initiate a return or exchange. In this case, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.
